Los estadounidenses ya votan este martes en las elecciones legislativas de mitad de mandato, los llamados ‘midterms’, en la terminología anglosajona. Es una cita electoral clave, en la que se renuevan las dos cámaras del Congreso -la totalidad de la Cámara de Representantes.
